At Four Seasons Rental Properties we also oversee rent collection and transfer payments directly to you. Throughout the rental period, we act as the main point of contact for your tenants, so you don’t have to. When the lease ends, we’ll arrange for professional cleaning to ensure your property is returned in immaculate condition. All this is provided for a reasonable commission.
